One of the Sustainable Development Goals by United Nations which is Goal No. 4 - Quality Education. It is a goal aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong
learning opportunity for all. So, What is Lifelong Learning?

Lifelong learning is an ongoing learning throughout our life to improve ourselves in many aspects. What do we learn in Lifelong Learning? Life skills are the general term to include all essential skills that we can learn in our life, no matter where you are, who you are, what age you are. Life skills are useful and important in everyone's life. With these skills equipped, we are able to carry out jobs well and interact with other people in better way.

Life skills often includes what we called "Soft" skills (although this is not a term that we promote because there is nothing soft about it. Instead, it is very strong!) Moreover, it is also known as POWER skills, ESSENTIAL skills, CORE skills, PEOPLE skills.

What kind of Life Skills we can learn to excel in our life? Learning life skills such as Personal Development, Communication, Leadership, Time Management and other essential skill enable us to excel in our life. Many people think learning life skills is for better job performance but, in fact, learning life skills will be able to improve our quality of life overall including improve relationship with our family members!
